Return and Refund Policy
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. The customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
Warranties & Responsibility for Products
Hem Collective procures products from third party retailers. We are not responsible for warranty claims for products included in Hem Holidays boxes. However, if we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will do our best to work with the manufacturer to repair the relevant defect or replace the product. The customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
Hem Holidays boxes are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx during the shipping dates specified in the item description. Rush shipping is not available at this time.
