RESIDENTIAL INTERIOR DESIGN

This project included a reconfiguration of the second story, including a new bathroom and walk-in closet for the primary suite. We brought in ample light with multiple skylights, added coziness with a fireplace, and used rich materials for a result that feels luxurious and reflects the personality of the stylish homeowners.

This existing bathroom had stunning vintage wallpaper that required some clever solutions to preserve, including installing wainscotting to conceal some damage and a little bit of hand painting to restore some faded areas. We also converted the bathtub only into a shower and bath for a more functional space. We used deep greens, golds, and marble for the palette to create a moody vibe that we love.

Northwest Whole House Remodel
In Progress

This quirky, custom home built in the 1980's has great bones but is due for a facelift. We're touching every space in this home to bring in the light and make it a reflection of its new owners. This project features a brand new kitchen, a spa-worthy bathroom, and a room dedicated to plants. We cannot wait to see this one come together.

Farmhouse Guest Bathroom
In Progress

We are updating this sweet, guest bathroom with new finishes, fixtures, and a custom vanity. We're taking cues from existing spaces in the house for a bathroom that is updated but doesn't feel new. The goal is to create a space that feels timeless and fits seamlessly into the existing aesethic.

Farmhouse Kitchen
In Progress

For this project, we are updating the kitchen with new countertops, lighting, a backsplash and a kitchen island with a white oak, ceiling feature. The client has beautiful, existing, white oak cabinets that we are keeping. We are introducing a soft blue, kitchen island and updating the space for a more contemporary feel. The final look will be cozy, yet fresh - perfect for a home on a farm.

This was a reconfiguration of a small bathroom. We added a skylight above the shower to bring in more natural light and used a rich, green tile to ring in some color. The resulting space is a luxurious experience in a small package.

An existing wine cellar was converted into an in-home Pilates studio in this luxurious SW Hills home. Material and fixture selections create a Zen space with a hint of the mystical. A Swedish ladder system allows for both body work and moveable storage - a highly versatile and beautiful focal point. The finished space is peaceful, inspiring, and functional.

SW Hills Kids' Bathroom
In Progress

We transformed this dated space into a fun, yet sophisticated, black and white kids' bathroom. It is a space that is fun enough for a kid but will grow with them as their taste matures. The tile work in this bathroom is to die for and every detail has been executed perfectly. Photography is coming soon!

Farmhouse Primary Bathroom
In Progress

This primary bath features an amazing view of our client's Christmas tree farm. We are opening up their bathroom suite and putting in a glass shower to take advantage of the vista. We went for a soft green paint to bring the outdoors in and are choosing a rich palette that includes marble and wood for a timeless look.

Vancouver Primary Suite
In Progress

We are converting a primary bedroom and bathroom that has not been touched since the 70's into a luxurious, primary suite. The new space will include a light and bright bedroom with custom built-ins, a walk-in closet with room for a washer and dryer, and a luxury bathroom built for two. The color palette is soft and neutral for a serene feel but punctuated with bold, black accents for a bit of drama.
