Interior Consultations
Interior consultations are for clients who intend to execute a project on their own but need a little help pulling together a cohesive design. We provide help with paint and key finish selections and the overall design concept, bringing a professional design eye to your project. The final design package also functions as a bid set. This allows you to procure estimates from contractors and provide a vision for them to execute.
Please note that major renovations with extensive changes to the floor plan may not be suitable for an interior consultation. Additionally, an interior consultation does not include design details or selections for every finish and fixture in the space. For major renovations and/or a detailed design, our Interior Design Services are a better fit.
Interior Consultation Includes:

on-site initial consultation and site documentation

virtual design meeting with presentation of concept board and approval of layout

virtual design meeting with presentation of final design package

one round of revisions
Final Design Package Includes:

floorplan showing the location of casework, furniture, appliances, etc.

mood board with links showing key products, fixtures, finishes, etc. recommended
-
3D mockup(s) as needed to communicate design intent
Powder Room | $850
A Powder Room Consultation includes a review of the floor plan and suggestions for wall and flooring finishes, vanity style, lighting, and plumbing fixture finishes.
Bathroom | $1,000
A Bathroom Consultation includes a review of the floor plan, design direction for shower/tub with suggested finishes, suggestions for wall and flooring finishes, casework style, lighting, and plumbing fixture styles and finishes.
Primary Suite | $1,500
A Primary Suite Consultation includes space planning (bedroom, closet, and ensuite bathroom), design direction for shower/tub with suggested finishes, suggestions for wall and flooring finishes, casework style, lighting, and plumbing fixture styles and finishes.
Kitchen | $1,500
A Kitchen Consultation includes a review of the floor plan with a focus on improving functionality, location of major appliance, basic casework layout, suggestions for key finishes, casework style, and lighting.
Single Room | $850
A Single Room Consultation includes a consult for a living room, dining room, bedroom, family room, office or any other space in your home. It includes a review of the floor plan and suggestions for key finishes, lighting, and casework.
Commercial Space | Price Varies
Commerical consultations are great for projects just requiring a few finish selections. Projects requiring space planning or design details are better served by our Interior Design Services.
